A few months into the year I took a break from painting new versions of my
    past series as I was still in full swing with the commission side to my business.
    In between I wanted to do some other pieces that were a departure for me. The
    transparency series was a brand new take on the metallon series a few years prior.
    These were absolutely beautiful. The details could not be seen on screen. The
    transparency was named after the thick transparent layer over the metallic areas
    that really gave a stunning layered 3D effect. These took a very long time to
    create. Colourful Universe was a departure into art for children. I also started
    on smaller artworks as I was often asked about smaller pieces. The Oritree series
    was born from Flowers on the Moon.
